- What is the max speed of your USR modem? If you did not indicate
- the most important info, then probably you did not even read the
- manual where the most important thing is to find out the init string
- for the modem. The things to check:
- 1. Max modem speed.
- 2. Initialization string
- 3. The speed of the modem on the oher side.
- 4. The quality of your telephone line or your connection to the remote
- modem (check several conects to several different locations).
